Required Documents

  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Student’s Passport
  • National ID Card (for Iraqi citizens)
  • Family Card (Jinsiya / Family Civil Status Card)
  • Residence Card (Bitaqat al-Sukna)
  • Academic Records / Previous School Certificates
  • Transfer Letter (if applicable)
  • Medical Certificate
  • Student Photos
  • Parent/Guardian ID and Contact Information
  • Proof of Tuition Payment or Registration Fee Receipt
  • Immunization Record (Vaccination Card)
For Foreign or Expatriate Students
  • Residence Permit (Iqama) or visa copy.
  • School Leaving Certificate attested by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and possibly the Iraqi Embassy in the country of origin.
  • Arabic translation of foreign documents, certified by a notary or embassy.

Based on your child’s date of birth, the table below shows the school year groups your child will be eligible to join.

Step 1 : Online Application

Parents fill out the school’s admission form (online or in person) and provide the required details such as the child’s birth, previous school (if applicable), and passport details etc.

Step 2: Entrance Assessment or Interview

Depending on the grade level, the child may be invited for an entrance test and/or an interview to evaluate academic readiness and language proficiency.

Step 3 : Review and Offer of Admission

The school reviews the application and assessment results. If approved, an offer of admission or acceptance letter is issued to the parents.

Step 4 : Pay Fees

Parents confirm the admission by signing the acceptance form and paying the registration or tuition fees as per school policy.

Step 5 : Preparation of the essentials

Parents and students are invited to attend an orientation session to learn about school policies, uniforms, supplies, and the academic calendar before the first day of school.
