Developing Knowledge, Character, and Leadership
A Curriculum that Inspires
The Key Stage 2 curriculum follows the British National Curriculum and is enriched to reflect the global outlook and cultural values of the UAE. Students engage in meaningful, cross-curricular learning that helps them make connections between subjects and the world around them. Lessons are designed to challenge, motivate, and inspire creativity, while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Academic Excellence
Core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science remain at the heart of the timetable. Students read widely, write creatively, and learn to communicate effectively. Mathematics lessons develop logical reasoning, precision, and application to real-life contexts. Science investigations encourage curiosity, exploration, and scientific thinking. Subjects such as Humanities, ICT, Art, Design and Technology, and Physical Education complete a balanced and engaging programme.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Students in Key Stage 2 have access to a rich variety of experiences beyond academic lessons. Educational trips, assemblies, performances, and community projects allow them to apply their learning in authentic ways. Collaborative projects and digital learning opportunities help students develop confidence with technology and teamwork, preparing them for a fast-changing world.
Character and Values
At Bahlool British School, education is not only about what students know but also about who they become. Our values of Respect, Resilience, and Honesty are woven into every aspect of school life. Students learn to persevere through challenges, respect others’ perspectives, and take responsibility for their learning and actions.
