Before joining LBBIS, I held senior leadership positions at respected institutions including The City School and Beaconhouse School System in Pakistan. These experiences have given me extensive expertise in strategic school planning, curriculum development, and building staff capacity to deliver excellent teaching and learning.
As Vice Principal, my role is centred on collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation. I work closely with our teachers and leadership team to design engaging and inclusive learning experiences that nurture academic excellence and personal growth. My leadership philosophy is simple: empower teachers, inspire students, and build a school culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their very best.
It is an honour to contribute to the growth and success of LBBIS, and I look forward to continuing to shape a learning environment where our students are not only well-prepared for the future but confident and compassionate global citizens.
